it's their DUTY to replace it...while it is good customer service, that's not going the extra mile...when someone makes a post that Z1 screwed them over, and then resolves it, Z1 is not going the extra mile...they are fixing a screw up or mistake
going the extra mile is when Kyle at IPP drove 20 miles to meet me on a saturday night at 9pm to give me the SZ fuel adaptor kit b/c the one i ordered from SZ was lost in the mail (b/c i needed my car up and running right way)...he gave it to me for free and SZ took care of Kyle...that's going the extra 5 miles
